Summary/Abstract: Public announcement recently from the Sofia's intentions for "principal document"and imposing "red lines" in relations with the Republic of Macedonia and the idea launched - the two countries "to let history to the historians and politicians to look into the future" raises many and serious questions because it created an impression, both within and outside the country, that Bulgaria has adopted a new policy approach to the neighbouring country
