Summary/Abstract: Enterprise and its identification as a personal quality in the student’s population. The article presents the research which regards and explores enterprise as a psychosocial phenomenon. The article aims at identifying enterprise as a personal quality. Enterprise is also considered to be a part of a political strategy, especially when political and economic situation is changing. However, the biggest attention is paid not to enterprise as an activity but to enterprise as a personal quality. As for as this aspect is concerned, there is little information is the science literature as well. The research identifics different enterprise forms in different schools. Gymnasium students are more prone to enterprise; thus the experience of teaching enterprise at gymnasiums can be applied to implement „learning all life“ ideas.
