CONDITION AND GUIDELINES TO IMPROVE THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE

Summary/Abstract: This article makes conceptual research of the nature and importance of the activity of health promotion in the workplace and its practical application in Bul-garia. It analyses the main problems in the process of implementing this activity in our country in the context of complex activity of providing safe and healthy working condi-tions. The article justifies the necessity of public awareness of the socio-economic and health effects of health promotion at work in Bulgaria. Presented is the author's view of the possibility of taking specific actions and approaches to improve health promotion among working people in Bulgaria.
