The Romanian justice today in a new key of communication

Summary/Abstract: In the spirit of the recommendations of Opinion 16(2013), Romania’s representative to the Consultative Council of European Judge initiated and suggested in partnership with the National Association of the Romanian Bars, the Superior Council of Magistracy, the National Institute for the Training and the Improvement of Lawyers, INPPA Centers, courts of appeal, tribunals and the assigned courts and the local bar of lawyers of courts of appeal’s jurisdiction a national project with several components to ensure balance of the dialogue and inter-professional communication between judges and lawyers.
