Summary/Abstract: The great competition on the market increases the requirements towards employed persons, when it comes to their qualifications. It also contributes to the systematic supplementation of the knowledge of workers. Simultaneously, it increases the abilities of employees. Education is a continuous operation set not only for the present time, but above all, future time. According to Monika Kostera education is about getting and supplementing the knowledge which is needed for the person working on the given position. Trainings contribute to get the know-how. Achieving the correct organization strategy on the competitive market is a consequence of such an action. Trainings link the knowledge of different disciplines and adapt it to the requirements of the enterprises. The policies of companies became an inseparable element on the domestic market as well as international.
