Rational management of financial resources

Summary/Abstract: The issue of resources allocation is very important in the management of economic systems. Financial resources, materials, human capital, time and other resources are limited and they must be used reasonably in economic activity. In allocation of resources several classification methods can be used: by resource type, by system structure and by time periods. Heuristic methods are currently used in solving problems in resources allocation. Rational allocation of financial resources in done with the use of algorithm of optimal decision. Resources are always allocation in definite organization decision. Resources are always allocation in definite organizational systems can be one level or hierarchical. In the hierarchical systems the number of levels is not limited, so principles of solving the problems of optimal resource allocation in systems with a particular number of levels can be used in systems with a different number of levels. This article deals with financial resources allocation by subjects and periods. The simple method was used in the attempt to find more up-to-date solutions to this problem.
