Summary/Abstract: The implementation of the electronic administration entails a number of consequences as well as the benefits of the digitalization of public services. The digital revolution and the changes that have taken place in society have made e-government and its services increasingly play a role both for the state and for the citizens themselves. Now the Internet is one of the main tools for working and accessing information, so it should be fully utilized when dealing with administrative and administrative matters. However, in such changing conditions, the role of citizens and workersthemselves in building a modern image of public administration becomes extremely important. Achieving the goal will help to address the issues related to the use of electronic administration. This aim will be further strengthened by the literature analysis of humanistic management, which is increasingly emphasized in legal and organizational activities.
