Summary/Abstract: There are many definitions of globalization and national security and many attempts to explain the impact of globalization on national security, as is the case of the present paper. Economic stability and development, political stability and prosperity deal with the well being of the citizens which are key elements for the national security. National security has a systematical and multidimensional character due to the fact that its components (economic, political, military strategical etc.) always influence over each other in a new era of intensification of the battle for resources and markets.
