The information technology and communications have become ubiquitous and change every aspect of the way the people live their lives. The progress made by our ability to communicate and process the information digitally is reshaping the economies and societies of many states on the globe.The systems, networks, and services provided by the information technology and communications field ensure the technical support of every state and started to become essential to the day to day human, business, and governments existence. As the globalization phenomenon ever strongly manifests, the IT&C systems tend to be more decentralized, interconnected and interdependent. We are living in a world where the distances are wiped away by the technology.
