Summary/Abstract: According to the new Strategic Concept(Lisbon-2010), OTAN’s military operations and intervention have suffered substantial transformations.We are witnessing a transfer of capabilities from a system of punishment towards a military one outside military violence but which is strong enough and able to use force in extreme situation.Thus, we are presenting several actions taken for this purpose relying on performance criteria/keywords.
