Summary/Abstract: In addition to positive effects in terms of economic and political integration, the unprecedented spread of modern technologies and facilitate access to culture and civilization, globalization has also negative aspects which consist mainly in facilitating the spread, the proliferation of cross-border networks and new transcontinental criminal activities even the most virulent, with destabilizing effects on both security and internal stability of States and international ones.
