Summary/Abstract: The article presents a regard concerning the strategic leadership of forces on peacetime, in times of crisis or on wartime. The author stresses on the concretization in the practical plan of theoretical demarches done by Romanian political-military and military responsible in order to fulfill command and control capabilities compatible with the ones of NATO allies able to accomplish their missions efficiently and entirely safe.
