THE INFLUENCE GLOBAL SECURITY ENVIRONMENT STATE

Summary/Abstract: The general sense, security is perceived to be that state existential and relational characterized by safety, given the lack of a state dangers, but also the effectiveness of factors involved in deterring and combat them. Basically, security is linked to individual and organizational forms of the social and political history of his life. As such, the literature devoted expressions of individual security, community security (community, village, commune, town etc.), State security, regional security, international security and continental security. But consider security as such does not exist.There is the security of life, economic security, cultural security, security policy, military security etc. In these expressions security, national security covers the geographical area in which the state is considered the center of power leading role in managing specific forms of security, both internally and in relations with other state entities. Consequently, the security environment is given by all the state legislative regulations, moral, ethical, military, etc.. that make up the existential and event-driven individuals internally and externally, as a result of state commitments.
