SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL EVOLUTIONS IN THE FIELD OF MILITARY COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION AND THEIR INFLUENCE OVER THE PLANNING AND LEADING OF THE MILITARY ACTIONS

Summary/Abstract: This article presents briefly the racing evolution for the scientific research and development in military communications and informatics, of new and complex C4ISR systems, as well as some interfacing domains in certain modern Armed Forces. There are made efforts to realistically approach these evolutions' influence in planning and fighting military actions as well as on the possible use of future's weapons.
