Summary/Abstract: Utmost all the sciences – from the natural to the social ones – have their special place in the military field. Moreover, the military field is one of those top sectors of the solicitation, use, stimulation and, on this background, creation, and evolution of high technology, information technology, and even unconventional technologies. Is just the war – the most awful and hated of the human actions, the number one force of destruction – that stimulates the technological and informational development meaning the high field of progress and, so, of welfare? How can we explain this paradox? Of course, the answers to these questions don’t miss. Any human can speculate as he wishes on this theme because war isn’t common knowledge hand but neither is let only for savants. More exactly, the common knowledge can't intrude in the complicated structures and determinations of war and less in the level of knowledge of this phenomenon knowledge which peoples forbid every time they sent its effects and always use when they get nervous. Is it? Do they do this only then?
