Summary/Abstract: The starting point and the main motivation for this article preparation was an observation that in the Polish and world scientific literature is the relatively low number of publications devoted to the analysis of the problems of space in its ontological meaning, and both relating to the challenges facing the management of organizations. The aim of the article is a contribution to the conceptualization of the space issues in the context of identifying groups of organizational relations. This identification of organizational relations was based on an implementation of model of “Diamond space”, describing the main dimensions of spatiality from the point of view of the organization. The result of the research is identification relationships in four dimensions: relationships in organizational space, relationships in the global space, relations in contextual space and relationships in cyberspace.
