The Public Procurement Contract - Innovation and Comparative Aspects

Summary/Abstract: The public procurement contract is a legal institute with importance on national level as well as in the frame of European Union legislation. The dynamics in the public relations, connected to the spending of public funds, leads to periodical actualization and the complete amendment of the national legislation. In this relation the examined topic is actual and significant, because of the lack of a complete research of the public procurement contract in the legal doctrine. The goal of the article is to examine the institute of the public procurement contract in its actual normative regulation and legal definition. On this base the author defines the discussion moments and makes conclusions and proposals for the improvement of the legal regulation.
