Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to show the essence of lean and innovation, as well as the possibility of using lean methods in building innovative organization. In the first chapter of the article presents one of the modern method management, which is the concept of lean and its selection of tools and conditions necessary to implement was associated with an increase in innovative a company. In the next part the article show definitions of innovation and its division. While the last two parts present an overall analysis of surveys conducted in Wielkopolska and summary.
