Electricity storing and paradigm of the electrical power engineering

Summary/Abstract: The starting point of this article is a question of conviction about the lack of technical and economic feasibility of electricity storing . Currently observed technological development allows us to expect that in the next few years, this barrier will be overpassed. The objective and subjective conditions for this process were presented. The implementation of the program of development of electricity storage facilities located on the side of end users and networks was also discussed.
