Summary/Abstract: This article presents briefly some decisions of the Heads of State and Government on NATO Summit in the context of rearming and the military reaction of the Russia in eastern Ukraine and the annexation of Crimea. The paper is generous and full of political and security significances and also represents an issue of high interest, given the latest developments in the Euro-Atlantic Area in general, and in the wider Black Sea Area in particular.
