Summary/Abstract: This article presents the results of empirical research into the causes of the unsatisfactory level of the involvement of Polish workers in a continuous improvement processes in enterprises that use Lean Management. The level of employee involvement in continuous improvement processes in the surveyed enterprises is not satisfactory. The basic research method was survey of research experts. The foundation of the expert diagnosis was analysis and synthesis of the literature on the problem being studied.
