Summary/Abstract: The choice of topic legitimates by scientific interests of the author. The article consists of three parts, which provide an introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility, Creating Shared Value and comparison of both concepts. The analysis of the theoretical issues. The aim of the paper is to present the theoretical concept of Creating Shared Value, and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as their comparison. The aim of the paper is also an indication of the prospects for the development of management approaches which take into account in their practices impact on society.
