Identified several categories of these determinants. Results of research show that individual characteristics (personality, attitudes, beliefs) influence on the intention formation process. Social capital and role models is also important predictors of the entrepreneurial intention. The paper presents also a study of the entrepreneurial intention based on the “Theory of Planned of Behavior” I. Ajzen. The research’s findings confirmed the use of the Ajzen’s model in explaining the entrepreneurial intention.
