Legal Forms of Activity in the Area of Public Road Management

Summary/Abstract: The article is a brief analysis of the issues related to legal form of administrative activities pursued in the field of public road management. Public administration bodies, when carrying out their tasks within the domain of management of public roads, employ various legal forms of activity. The main one within this respect is individual administrative act taking the form of administrative decision. The dominant position of this unilateral legal form of activity in the system based on the rule of law is increasingly being reduced by forms that mitigate the authoritative nature of the activities of public administration.
