Information issues in the activities of public administration

Summary/Abstract: This article presents a synthetical analysis of the notion that accompanies relations between the administrator and the administered. The author presents various attempts to define, classify, obtain, collect, and use information taking into account the issues discussed in the activities of public administration. He also indicates the problem of information access which is a consequence of the idea of government openness as well as restricting information access associated with the protection of information identified as sensitive.
