The role of local authorities in the formation of social self-identity

Summary/Abstract: Self social maintaining is the central task for activities of local authorities. This subjectivity is the identity of the self. Democracy without self-local authorities cannot exist. It is for her protection, because citizenship and shape it has an impact on social activities, which is an important platform for the expression of social responsibility of the individual. The local government is also a barrier to the natural tendency to alienation of political power in the direction of totalitarianism.
