Calculated costs in the tariff of electric energy

Summary/Abstract: Tariff of electric energy construction is regulated by branch law. Considering that series value generation chain is composed of production for trading, generated costs in every link of this chain are eventually transferred to the electric tariffs. The main advantage of legally binding rules by qualifying of reasonable costs is the reduction of the excessive increase of the prices of electric energy. However, the disadvantage is that historically incurred costs are generally taken into account in tariffs in next years. Moreover, inflation rate planned investment expenditure as well as anticipated costs of involved capital are taken into consideration.
