CRM subsystem as an instrument of management accounting and controlling

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents issues related to information content of CRM subsystem and its location in the integrated management information system. A scope of information, automatically emitted by this subsystem, which can be used by management accounting and controlling, were indicated. The article paid attention to information concerning the evaluation of customers profitability.
