Summary/Abstract: Legal Intoxicants, so called Dopalacze consist of various kinds of products that contains wide range of psychoactive substances that are not included on a banned product list as per Counteracting of Drug Addiction Act. These products are capable of causing narcotic effect comparable of those of hard drugs. This paper aims to highlight, that one of the major task of public service official as well as non government institutions is to provide broad legal protection of a child in this aspect. Presented article provide an overview of a legislation enacted to counter problem of Legal Intoxicants. The pivotal point of discussion is the decision of Central Sanitary Inspector effectively shutting down all distribution points of these Legal Intoxicants. The act very controversial from a legal standpoint. This paper is aimed to provide alternative legal solutions in regard to countering Legal Intoxicants problem.
