FIQH OF MUSLIM MINORITIES: The most common issues concerning fiqh faced by the Muslims of Slovenia

Summary/Abstract: The author here discusses the term Muslim minorities as it is presented in the book of Dr. Yusuf Al-Qaradawi titled The fiqh of Muslim minorities – how to be a Muslim in the West? It also presents a list of the most common problems faced by the Muslims who live as a minority on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. The first part of the paper defines the term Muslim minorities and discusses the aspects of the fiqh that deal with various problems of Muslim minorities. It also presents a list of sources and aims of the fiqh concerning the Muslim minorities. The second part of the paper presents the Muslim minority living in the Republic of Slovenia along with some aspects of the most common issues and problems that these Muslims face in their everyday life.
