Summary/Abstract: The article considered illegitimate and atypical PR practices in the media. Transgression of the maxim of separation, relative of the borders between editorial and commercial content is a violation of the conventions and the interests of user’s information. In the rules of the genre are made and coded communications relationships. Non-observance of the rules has hard consequence – undermine market and public ethics, distorted economic ties and responsibilities, set economy of the communication branches on quicksand, disturb the system socium.
