Military administration in the period of 1918-1939

Summary/Abstract: Military administration belongs to the components of public administration. It organizes and implements the processes aimed at comprehensively providing the armed forces with all the means necessary for living and fighting. In Poland, military administration was developing together with the structures of the state. Through centuries, not only the competences but also the institutions were changing. The objective of this article is to analyze the transformations of military administration in the Second Republic of Poland. Presented are the experiences of military administration in fulfilling its duties and its organization on all levels.
