Summary/Abstract: The international security forces (KFOR) and the Government of the FR of Yugoslavi asigned in Kumanovo on 9 June 1999 the Military and Technical Agreement concerning the withdrawal of the Yugoslav security forces from Kosovo and Metohija and deployment (in Kosovo and Metohija) of the International Security Forces (referred to as KFOR). The Agreement was signed by Major General Michael Jackson, commanding officer of KFOR, on behalf of the International Security Forces and by Lieutenant General Svetozar Marjanovic from the General Staff of the Yugoslav Army and Lieutenant General Obrad Stevanovic from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, on behalf of the governments of the FR of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Serbia respectively. The Agreement reads as follows
