Summary/Abstract: The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs published on July 27, 1999 the Memorandum of the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia concerning the implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution 1244. Among other things, dissatisfaction is expressed in the Memorandum about the non-application and even flagrant violation of certain key provisions of that document, with very grave consequences, particularly for the Serbian and M ontenegrin population of the Province. The article is presenting the text of the Memorandum.
