Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the problem of freedom of speech in internet. It focuses on the possibilities for posting comments in internet platforms of media – online papers, online news platforms etc. Different types of restrictions are described considering limitations of hate speech and some international or Bulgarian law restrictions.
