Summary/Abstract: The publication was devoted to issues of safety systems of Poland and Slovakia. Article aims to discuss and description of the major elements, principles of operation of safety systems and identify the differences and similarities between the various systems. Article summary are the conclusions and observations about prescriptions for common actions in the field to ensure a high level of security.
