COMMUNICATION IN CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN EXAMPLE OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM WITH HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE

Summary/Abstract: Non-governmental organizations involved in the crisis management system operate in a specific arrangement of various types of communication. Members of hierarchical entities such as the Polish Scouting Association, besides the vertical and horizontal communications of the Union, also use oblique communication. In addition, communication and negotiation of non-governmental organizations with public administration entities can take place on many levels and on many levels, both formal and informal. It should also be borne in mind that formal channels of communication in crisis situations do not always work, and the crisis situations alone necessitate the creation of original and very individual modes of communication.
