Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present a basic knowledge about effective communication in the process of making law in road carriage of dangerous goods in Poland. In five parts the author gives the most important information on that matter, which is based on the most popular literature and governmental legislation process, additional theoretical questions and comments. To make the article more useful, author presents not only theory but also current observations and remarks, interesting glossaries and annotations. The article brings up subjects from social communication, safety and security studies in road carriage of dangerous goods as well as legal studies.
