Summary/Abstract: The article contains deliberations on the subject of adult learning a result of breaking points in their lives. We can describe it on the ground of the theory of J. Mezirow. The theory concern transformative learning – a process of adult learning which is based on a change in the method in which an individual experience is given significance.
