Summary/Abstract: Sydney Waterlow (1878-1944), Minister Plenipotentiary of Great Britain in Bulgaria (1929-1933) can be defined as one of the most active in the diplomatic activities of the Foreign Office in resolving the Macedonian issue in between the two world wars.
