MUSICAL COLLECTION IN THE LIBRARY OF THE FACULTY OF THEOLOGY OF THE OPOLE UNIVERSITY

Summary/Abstract: Musical collection has been presented in the Library of the Faculty of Theology of the Opole University since the beginning of its functioning. However, it regained its interests when the new field of study – musicology was introduced at the Faculty. The library has tried to expand the profile of collections meeting the new needs and expectations of musicology students. At present, the musical collection comprises a large number of documents with a separate section in the open-shelf access area in the reading room available to students, academic staff and everyone interested.
