Summary/Abstract: In the article there is an analysis of the dynamic of enrolment and realization of vocation to the priesthood and vocation to both men and women order in Poland in past fifty years, it is compared with condition/state of religious vocations in entire Church all over the world. Quantity of vocations in Poland is conditioned by many factors which are conductive to their realization. Quantity of vocation to the priesthood in Poland increased considerably during the pontificate of The Pope John Paul II. However, sociologists points out on decreasing level of order vocation, at some women order even by 60%, at the end of 20c and in current decade of 21c. Crisis in clerical vocation affects both nuns and friars.
