Summary/Abstract: The article off ers an analysis of the literary and drama output of Karol Wojtyła – Pope John Paul II, from the poet’s juvenile poems up to the Roman Triptych. In the poem Morning Song, published in the collection David – Renaissance Shepherd (Slavonic Book), he predicts he will become the shepherd of the universal Church.
