Summary/Abstract: Article covers the three pillars of safety culture: the spiritual, socio-organizational, and material. It includes Fayol’s thought that merged the existing nineteenth-century education administration. The authors also point to the details of Fayol’s concept, understood as the second pillar of the material safety.
