Successful practices for assessing social enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The study of contributions by social enterprises plays a significant role in enriching the meaningful interpretations of social structures. They are evidence of skills, capabilities, social entrepreneurs' attitudes, leaders, and leaders to set goals, make decisions, formulate policies and strategies, and lead them to a successful outcome.As a result, the purpose of this article is to identify, analyze and evaluate indicators for assessing the contributions of social enterprises. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research method is applied - a study of successful case-studies. The realized study allows to formulate new knowledge about the nature and content of the contributions of the social enterprises, their variety diversity, their forms of manifestation in the social reality and on that basis their objective assessment and measurement. The established results could be applied in the formation and development of social enterprises, as well as in the improvement of theirmanagement and entrepreneurial mechanisms.
