Summary/Abstract: During the last several years the development of agrotourist activity isobserving in Poland. Thanks to that agrotourist has become a significant element of touristoffer. The development of agrotourist in Poland depends on satisfying consumers’needs. Therefore, not only is the study of supply significant but also the study of demandof prospective clients is important. For that reason the aim of the thesis was to elaboratethe profile of farm tourism clients of the Świętokrzyski Mountains Region and identifyclients’ expectations and needs concerning their stay on the farms situated in the area ofthis area.The proper knowledge of the clients’ profile and their expectations for providedservice by the owners of the farms favours the development of agrotourist business.
