Summary/Abstract: In the study, for measuring the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of servicesprovided by spa resorts one of the relative satisfaction scale, i.e. the importance-performanceanalysis has been used. The research has been based on the questionnaires conducted among persons aged 60+ years and being during a health treatment in thespa resort in Ciechocinek. In the study, the hierarchy of needs affecting the generalperception of the quality of services has been established. First of all, the subjectiveexpectations of respondents have been compared, then, they have been confronted withthe evaluation of selected aspects. The research results have been analyzed in threeindependent research groups divided due to the degree of participation in the costs ofa health treatment.
