Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the examination of one of the methods of poetical syntax’s expressiveness. All poetical genres were researched. According to the analysis, the main and the minor members of the sentence can take the initial position. The morphological analysis of the members of the sentence is examined and a mechanism of the anaphora’s formation is described. The anaphora interplays with such lexical methods as reiteration, antonyms, epithora, parallelism, and inversion. As a result, the anaphora’s expressive potential intensifies. In Dmitriev’s poetry anaphora together with other traditional tropes and syntactical figures becomes an important instrument assistive in the expression of the author’s position and emotions of the hero’s lyric.
