Summary/Abstract: The activity of the polish banking sector has recently been redefined by several “soft law” acts (known as “Recommendations) launched by Polish Financial Services Authority (KNF) and The Polish Bank Association (ZBP). The article is focused on the Recommendations on the Bancassurance Activity, which went into effect in the years 2010−2011.
