Summary/Abstract: Benchmarking is a term that has a starting point in the economy its related areas, indicates a process of comparing specific products, services with those of competitors or leading companies, institutions or organizations, all with the goal of identifying improvements and improving their services, products. Library as a public institution that offers its services to customers, may apply to its business as a method of benchmarking that could enhance and improve their business to their mutual satisfaction, especially users, and then the library staff as well.
